Happy Birthday My Dear Kel Yinn!!

Can't believe you're turning 21 already while you're still a petite little girl :P Knew you since Form 1 during secondary school but became bff only when we were in Form 6, sat next to each other. We share about everything, go through every ups and downs together and you're always there to share my laughters and tears. Words just can't describe how much I love you and I'm really grateful to have you with me in the same uni. It made me feel like I'm not alone.

Thank you my dear bff. Happy 21st birthday!!! May all your wishes come true & enjoy your day okay! Much lovessss.

Specially made a video for you. Enjoy!! <3

The Age of Adaline

"The Age of Adaline" is probably one of the most anticipated movies in my lists. I really can't wait to watch this!! FYI, it will be released on 14th May in all cinemas.

Movie Summary: After miraculously remaining 29 years old for almost eight decades, Adaline Bowman (Blake Lively), has lived a solitary existence, never allowing herself to get close to anyone who might reveal her secret. But a chance encounter with charismatic philanthropist Ellis Jones (Michiel Huisman) reignitesher passion for life and romance. When a weekend with his parents (Harrison Ford and Kathy Baker) threatens to uncover the truth, Adaline makes a decision that will change her life forever.

The concept of this story is compelling. I have a strong feeling that it will be my new favourite movie. I just can't stop watching the trailer.

Random Thoughts

Midnight thought strikes again. I just can't understand why I tend to think about life every nights before I go to bed. Time passes really fast that we're all growing up so quick. Being 21 is like exploring me, myself. I haven't made literally any achievement in life. This makes me realize that I should have set a goal and try to accomplish it. I hope someday I can be the person I want to be, become bolder and more mature.

To The Best Mom In The Universe

She balances so many roles, and she does it all with a smile.

She taught me to walk and write and sing and ride a bike and a million other things besides. Where would I be without her?

Thank you for everything, Mom <3

You deserve all the love, care and support that you've lovingly given me every single day of my life.

You're the most special woman in my heart, now and forever. I love you and I hope you have a beautiful Mother's day!

Unity Spirit Towards Spring

It was indeed a great experience joining this event during uni life. This spring event was organised by MPP University Utara Malaysia, associated by Sin Chew Daily as media partner. It was fully prepared by students of UUM, dealing with the performance on event night, finding sponsors, decorating event hall, all these were to present a fantastic gala show on event night. What more can I say is I'm really proud to be one of the members of USTS 2015. Forget to mention that, I'm the member of bureau protocol. I've learnt how to work as a team and take own responsibilities throughout the preparation of this event. Besides, I made many interesting new friends and the touching moment was that we can witness our results and efforts altogether. It made it all worthwhile seeing our hard work paid off :)

Now, let's the pictures speak for themselves!

And here's small video of ours. Enjoy!!

8 Daily Habits That Will Make You Smarter

Want to expand your mind? A little bit of efford every day goes a long way.
In the Quora thread, "What would you do to be a little smarter every single day?", readers shared the habits they follow to fuel their brain.
Here are some simple actions that could help you become a smarter person.

Exercise your brain.
1. Come up with 10 ideas every day.
Think about how to reduce poverty, how to solve a daily problem you have, interesting movie ideas, or anything. It doesn't matter what subject your ideas fall into, as long as you're working your brain and your idea muscles.

2. Read the newspaper.
It will help you become more aware of the important things happening around the world. You'll learn to form your own opinions and connect the dots between seemingly unrelated things. You'll also have a lot more to talk about with friends.

3. Instead of watching TV, watch educational videos.
Sometimes, it's more fun to watch things about a subject you love than to read about it, and you can learn a lot from other people's experience. In videos, the information is often presented in a digestible, memorable way, so you can be assured they'll stick.

4. Share what you learn with other people.
If you find someone to debate and analyze ideas with, you can add to each other's knowledge and gain new perspectives. Also, when you can explain ideas to someone else, it means you've definitely mastered the concept. You can even share what you learn without directly talking to someone.

5. Talk to someone you find interesting.
Even if they're strangers, don't be afraid to approach them. Ask about their interests and how they discovered them. Oftentimes, you learn the most from people you barely know.

6. Do something scary.
"Getting out of our comfort zone always make us wiser." Everyday, push yourself a little further. Try public speaking by joining a ToastMasters class, lead a meeting by volunteering a proposal at work, or reach out to someone you really admire by sending a quick letter or email.

7. Apply what you learn.
If you recently learn a new coding skill pr how to play an instrument, make sure you're using that skill in your life as often as possible, Learning by doing is one of the most effective ways to become smarter.

8. Exercise, and eat a healthy diet.
Opt for brain foods to fuel your thinking, and avoid alcohol and heavy meals that will make you sluggish. When your energy dips, take a walk. "The more blood flowing into your brain, the better your performance. Great thinkers like Mahatma Gandhi and Charles Darwin were famous for their long walks."

Healthy Morning With The Bunch

We decided to do something healthy in the morning, so we had a spontaneous cycling date at Taman Botani Negara, Shah Alam! It's been a long time since we exercised in the early morning. (although it's quite embarrassing to say this hahaha)

First, we had a short walk around the park. We even visited the Rumah Iklim Sederhana Empat Musim. Unfortunately, taking photo is prohibited so we didn't even have a photo there. We have the opportunity to experience the four-seasons climates and watch the panoramic view of the diversity of flowers there.

Cycling is the bomb. I enjoyed it to the max, especially when cycling down the slope. I just simply love how the wind is tugging my shirt, trying to blow it off me when I'm cycling. After a long calories burning session, we were all exhausted and hungry. Then we went to the nearest restaurant to have our meals. It pretty much sums up our day. I hope we would have more chances to do it all again :)

Here's a video of the day. Enjoy!!
